On October 18th, Netflix for the Sony PS3 will now be native and no longer require a disc, hooray! Plus they will begin rolling out some content with 1080i resolution and/or 5.1-channel surround audio. I guess the Microsoft exclusive deal is over. The new UI of the app looks pretty nice. See video.
